Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Voronoid mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voronoid for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the app
• Transfer the app to another person or mirror it on any other server
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of Voronoid are billed on a subscription basis or available as one-time in-app purchases. Premium features may include exclusive color palettes, advanced export options, and themed templates. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis for subscriptions (monthly or annually).

• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• Payment Method: You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees with advance notice
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Free Trial

Voronoid may offer premium features through in-app purchases. Some features may be available as one-time purchases (e.g., premium color packs, high-resolution exports) while others may be subscription-based. You may manage your purchases through your device's app store settings.

Intellectual Property

The Voronoid application, including its original content, features, Voronoi visualization algorithms, and functionality, is owned by Voronoid Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of all mood and energy data you log in Voronoid. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process and visualize your data locally on your device and, if you opt-in, to store encrypted backups in the cloud. Your exported calendar art is yours to share as you wish.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not violate any third-party rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Voronoid only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material without our consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Voronoid, an employee, another user, or any other person
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the app
• To introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious material
• To collect or track personal information of others without consent
• To attempt to reverse engineer or extract the Voronoi visualization algorithms

Disclaimer of Warranties

Voronoid is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That the results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• That the quality of any products, services, or information obtained will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voronoid Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app. This includes any loss of mood or energy data, though we provide backup options to help prevent data loss.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voronoid Inc. and its licensors from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or material modification to the app
• Unexpected technical issues or problems
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
